Alia Sherwood - Kindergarten Teacher

Hello! My name is Alia Sherwood and I am a kindergarten teacher at Washington Elementary. I have been teaching for over 20 years and I have a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Educational Technology. My 20+ years of teaching includes preschool, 1st grade, 3rd grade, 5th grade and 6th grade and now kindergarten for the last 12 years. 

I have two grown children and three grandchildren and two more on the way! I love the Dallas Cowboys and my little Chihuahua is named Emmitt after Emmitt Smith! 

I love children and I love teaching!
