Meet Our Principal

^{It is my pleasure to serve as your principal again this year! This will be my 17th year as principal at Washington Elementary and I am very proud to be a part of this wonderful school community. Prior to becoming principal, I was a teacher in the district for 9 years. I will always be a teacher at heart. I will always strive to be a lifelong learner and work to lead by example, in a manner to demonstrate respect, integrity and empathy.}

We work hard to teach character development and want all of our students to feel proud of who they are and how they treat others. We want them to excel and become productive human beings with opportunities to look forward to in their future. Our goal is to provide a supportive climate and culture conducive to teaching and learning. At Washington we want all stakeholders to feel welcome and belonging and we encourage families to participate and are so grateful for these partnerships.
